SekolahNews – Belajar merupakan cara dalam mempelajari sesuatu, terutama dalam menemukan suatu hal baru. Belajar merupakan suatu hal yang wajib dilakukan dan dimanfaatkan. Berikut ini 9 cara belajar yang efektif dan efisien :
- Berdoa.
Sebelum kita mulai kegiatan belajar, hendaknya kawan-kawan berdo’a terlebih dahulu ke Allah SWT sehingga saat belajar kita diberikan kemudahan saat mempelajari dan diberikan kelancaran dalam belajar.
Kawan-kawan tidak akan bisa melakukan apapun jikalaubukan karena digerakan oleh Allah SWT. Oleh sebab itu kita diwajibkan berdo’a lebih dahulu sebelum memulai kegiatan belajar kawan-kawan.
- Tetapkan tujuan
Cara belajar efektif dan efisien yaitu dimulai dengan menetapkan tujuan atau target. Misal tujuanmu belajar adalah untuk memasuki perguruan tinggi ternama di Indonesia. Dengan memasuki perguruan tinggi tersebut, kamu harus memiliki nilai yang tentunya mumpuni.
Oleh karena itu tetapkan tujuan yang sebisa mungkin cukup signifikan untuk memacu semangatmu. Misalnya seperti ujian semester nanti, kamu akan menargetkan mendapatkan minimal 80 untuk pelajaran Matematika.
Menentukan tujuan bisa menjadi sebuah motivasi jika kamu mulai merasa kehilangan minat untuk belajar. Memiliki tujuan yang jelas membantu kamu tetap fokus dan konsisten selama proses belajar.
- Atur Jadwal Belajar
Cara belajar efektif dan efisien yang kedua adalah mengatur jadwal belajarmu. Dalam hal ini kamu harus disiplin dalam menaati jam belajarmu. Misal dari jam 7 malam hingga jam 8 malam kamu harus belajar. Jangan lupa untuk beristirahat selama 5-10 menit saat kamu sedang belajar.
Belajar setiap hari adalah salah satu kunci agar hasil belajarmu lebih banyak terserap ke otak, dibandingkan dengan belajar dengan sistem kebut semalam. Bahkan jika kamu hanya menghabiskan 20 menit untuk belajar, itu lebih baik daripada tidak sama sekali.
- Buat Suasana Belajar yang Nyaman
Buat suasana belajar yang nyaman agar kamu tetap fokus dalam belajar. Beberapa orang terbiasa dengan suasana yang sepi dan tidak banyak gangguan, maka bisa belajar di perpustakaan ataupun kafe yang tenang.
Tetapi, ada juga seseorang yang belajar lebih cepat terserap jika sambil mendengarkan musik. Semua itu tergantung dirimu, kenali dirimu dan buat suasana belajar senyaman mungkin.
- Membuat Ringkasan
Cara belajar efektif dan efisien selanjutnya dengan membuat ringkasan dari hasil belajarmu. Kamu bisa menulis pokok-pokok penting. Bisa berupa poin-poin dari bahan belajarmu dalam sebuah buku, seperti rumus. Hal ini akan mudah untuk memahami inti dari pembelajaran tersebut.
Saat membuat rangkuman, sebetulnya kamu sedang mengulang materi yang telah didapatkan. Pengulangan ini membantu kamu mengingat kembali catatan dengan lebih efektif. Cobalah menyalin catatan sebelum ulangan atau ujian untuk membantumu mengingat materi lebih baik.
Jangan lupa membuat ringkasan dengan kalimat yang kamu buat sendiri. Menuliskan materi dalam kalimat yang kamu buat sendiri akan membantumu lebih mengingat poin-poin penting yang telah kamu pelajari.
- Buat Akronim yang Mudah Diingat
Kamu sering lupa materi pelajaranmu? Kamu bisa menggunakan akronim yang mudah diingat. Contohnya, kalau perlu mengingat catatan tentang asas pemilu yaitu langsung, umum, bebas, rahasia, jujur dan adil. Kamu bisa menggunakan rangkaian kata yang mudah diingat seperti ‘Lu Be R Ju Dil’.
Atau mengintar tentang unsur golongan 2A atau alkali tanah (Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Ra), kamu bisa menggunakan rangkaian kata yang mudah diingat seperti ‘Beli Mangga Campur Sirup Bau Racun’. Dengan menggunakan akronim yang mudah diingat bisa mempermudah kamu untuk mengingat hasil belajarmu.
- Pahami Bukan Menghafal
Beberapa orang salah dalam belajar pada hal ini. Sering kali seseorang malah menghafal materi bukan memahaminya. Padahal, sekedar menghafalkan pelajaran hanya akan efektif untuk ujian atau waktu jangka pendek. Dalam jangka panjang, ilmu yang dihafalkan hanya akan mudah untuk dilupakan dan tidak meninggalkan manfaat apapun.
- Jangan Malu Bertanya
Jangan segan untuk bertanya jika kita tidak memahami sesuatu atau mengalami kebuntuan dalam suatu ilmu. Kamu belajar karena kamu memang tidak mengerti, maka jika kamu kesusahan jangan ragu untuk selalu bertanya. Kamu bisa bertanya kepada temanmu, belajar bersama atau diskusi juga mampu membuat belajar menjadi lebih menyenangkan.
- Tidak Putus Asa
Jika semua sudah kamu lakukan dan masih belum mencapai target, bukan berati kamu gagal. Ingatlah bahwa kamu tidak akan pernah bisa jika tidak membuat kesalahan. Tetap percaya diri dan terus berusaha.
Tetap tenang dan pantang menyerah. Tidak ada jalan pintas dalam hidup. Begitu juga dengan mengejar sebuah impian, tidak ada jalan pintas untuk meraih impianmu. Maka jangan pernah menyerah untuk terus belajar.
