Hebatnya, para CEO dari China itu cuma modal wajah bersih, rambut klimis pomade, pede, jas rapi, senyum manis dan proposal. Proposal itu berisi company profil, foto foto, jumlah karyawan, kegiatan perusahaan dan income perusahaan.
Dan tak kalah penting, para CEO China itu bawa laporan keuangan hasil audit dari akuntan publik ternama dunia. Semua perusahaan dinyatakan sehat, lancar dan profit.
Maka merger lah ratusan perusahaan Amerika dengan Perusahaan China Itu. Demi meyakinkan lagi publik atau investor secara berkala diadakan konperensi perihal proposal investasi mereka.
Nggak tanggung – tanggung yang di undang orang top sekelas Bill Clinton, Henry Kissinger, dll. Kelak, orang – orang top ini konon dibayar honor per jam,oleh EO nya. Tanpa tahu betul kualitas perusahaan yang masuk pasar bursa.
Salah satu otak merger perusahaan Amerika dan Perusahaan China ini adalah pensiunan Jendral Wesley Kenne Clark .
Jendral Wesley ini , beberapa waktu lalu , MALAH jadi nara sumber , kegiatan ceramah kebangsaan oleh pak Prabowo dikediaman nya di Hambalang .
Semula harga saham berkisar 1-5 dollar per lembar, setelah merger menjadi puluhan kali lipat harganya. Semua investor baik perorangan maupun group seperti perusahan yang punya dana nganggur pensiun tertarik dan memboyong banyak lembar saham.

Untung, ada beberapa orang yang penasaran. Mereka investigasi diam-diam ke China. Faktanya, ternyata perusahaan China itu tidak sama dengan profil yang diinfo kepublik. Laporan audit China, pemasukan 10 juta US. Tapi dibawa ke Amerika, laporannya diubah menjadi pemasukan 100 juta US.
Terakhir, Donald Trump tugaskan tim khusus untuk investigasi resmi dari pemerintah ke semua perusahaan China yang masuk bursa. Kita tunggu hasil babak selanjutnya.
