Kenapa Sih Kita Suka Curhat di medsos?
SekolahNews – Seringkali kita membaca banyak orang suka curhat di medsos. Sebagian orang mungkin berpendapat karena memang sudah zamannya seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini. Tapi kamu tahu nggak bahwa curhat di medsos juga bisa menimbulkan stres?
Kenapa? Curhat di medsos kita seringkali tidak bisa berdampak langsung pada diri kita. Curhat yang benar adalah berinteraksi langsung seperti berbicara, bertatap muka, dan sentuhan, sehingga kita bisa merasakan sensasi emosi secara langsung. Perlu diingat bahwa kita itu mahluk sosial sehingga saling membutuhkan satu sama lain. Teknologi hanyalah perantara, tapi bersentuhan secara fisik adalah paling utama.
Curhat di medsos itu boleh aja sebagai ajang meluapkan emosi, tapi kita harus hati-hati dan pandai memilih hal apa yang akan ditulis/direkam karena bisa jadi malah membuka aib diri bahkan bisa merusak hubungan dengan orang lain. Seperti, curhat tentang masalah keluarga kita yang seharusnya tidak perlu diketahui orang lain karena ini sangat privasi.
Beberapa alasan orang curhat di medsos :
- Cari perhatian orang lain
- Tidak punya teman dekat untuk curhat
- Emosi sesaat atas suatu kejadian
- Tidak berani ketemu langsung
- Untuk menyindir orang lain dengan harapan orang itu membaca
Jadi, mulai sekarang kita harus bijak berinteraksi di media sosial.
